Last updated: April 20, 2026

FastMail Direct LLC (“FastMail Direct,” “we,” “us”), located at 819 Princess St, Wilmington, NC 28401, provides printing and direct-mail services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites and services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and the credentials you create when you register. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; we do not store your password.
  • Order and billing information — billing name, email, phone, and the office or address associated with your order. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
  • Design content — the text, images, and other content you place on your mailpieces, and any creative files you upload.
  • Mailing lists — recipient lists you upload to send your mail, and the matched recipient records we generate when you order data from us (“Data”).
  • Usage information — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: create and manage your account; produce, proof, print, and mail your orders; process payments and calculate applicable sales tax; provide customer support; detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues; comply with legal obligations; and operate and improve the Service.

3. Mailing Lists and Recipient Data

We use the mailing lists you upload, and any Data we provide, solely to fulfill your order and as described in your End User License Agreement. We do not sell recipient lists. Your use of uploaded lists and of any Data we provide is subject to the warranties and restrictions in the End User License Agreement.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide the Service:

  • Service providers — print and mailing vendors and the United States Postal Service (to produce and deliver your mail); Stripe (payment processing); our sales-tax provider (tax calculation and filing); our authentication provider (sign-in); and cloud hosting and storage providers (to run the Service and store files).
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FastMail Direct, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, order, and mailing information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Uploaded files and matched Data are retained to fulfill and support your orders and may be deleted on request, subject to our recordkeeping obligations.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights
